These pictures have not been edited or cleaned up, but
should be adequate to give you an idea of the house. I reduced all the
pictures to thumbnails or else the page would never have loaded. Even at
this, I hope you have dsl. To see a larger picture, just double click

This is a shot of the exterior from the street to try and
help get you oriented. You can see the garage on the left. The next set
of doors lead into the Family Room. The main front door is in the middle
of the two story portion, and that is where I will enter the house to
take the pictures. |
I have just entered the front door, and I am in the entry
foyer, looking slightly to the left. Here you will find the stairs
leading to the upstairs. |
I have taken a step or two into the foyer and am now
looking to my right. You can see the entry into the Living Room. |
This is the Living Room. The room size is a little smaller
than the rooms in the other homes you looked at, and this holds for most
of the rooms throughout the house. |

I have now turned back around, and crossed the foyer to
the left side where the formal Dining Room is located. |
Stepping into the Dining Room and looking to the right,
you can see the entry into the Kitchen. That is where we will go next. |

I have stepped into the Kitchen from the Dining Room to
take this shot. As you can see, the cabinets are white, and there seems
to be an adequate amount. The flooring is a linoleum, sort of an
off-white pattern. |
I have turned to my right, and taken a picture of the
eating area. The door to the left leads to the Screened Porch, but we
will be entering the Screened Porch from the Sunroom later. The door
straight ahead (behind the refrigerator on the right) leads to
downstairs guest bedroom. There is also a doorway from the entry foyer
just on the other side of the refrigerator that you cannot see that will
lead back to the entry foyer. We will go down the hallway straight ahead
to the Guest Bedroom, but first I will stop and take a picture of the
Kitchen looking the other way to give you another view. |
I am standing by the breakfast table, and looking back
into the Kitchen. From here we go to the Guest Bedroom. |
This is the Guest Bedroom on the main floor. The other
three bedrooms (including the master) are upstairs. They are currently
using the Guest Bedroom as an exercise room. Immediately to my left from
where I am standing is the downstairs bath. It is a full bath, but is
the only bath downstairs. There are two doors leading into the bath -
one from the hallway where I am now standing, and one door from the
Guest Bedroom to the immediate left upon entering the Guest Bedroom. |
Hard to get a good shot of the downstairs bathroom, but
here is an effort to give you an idea of what it looks like. From here,
we will turn around, go back through the Kitchen and to the Family Room. |
I have now crossed the Kitchen, and am standing in the
doorway leading to the Family Room. I am viewing left for this first
shot. You can see the exterior doors leading to the front yard, as well
as the fireplace and the bookshelf to the left of the fireplace. There
is also a bookshelf to the right of the fireplace that you will see in
the next shot. The Family Room, like the other rooms, is not as large as
the rooms in the other homes you viewed, but it is quite cozy. |
I am still standing in about the same position, but am now
viewing to the right of the Family Room. On the left in the picture you
can see the other bookshelf I spoke of. The right of the picture shows
the doorway leading into the Sunroom. |
I have now walked into the Family Room and am standing
near the doors leading to the front yard. I have turned around, and
taken this picture looking towards the back of the house and into the
Sunroom. |
I have now walked over towards the Sunroom, and turned
around to take one last picture of the Family Room. On the left side of
the picture you can see the entryway leading back into the Kitchen. You
can also see the doorway leading down to the basement. On the right side
of the picture you see one of the double doors leading from the Family
Room to the front yard. |
This is the Sunroom. To the left is an Office/Laundry
Area, and to the right is a Screened Porch. This trilogy of rooms were
added on to the original house, and are not built on the typical
foundation. It is more like the rooms enclosed a very large deck, though
you cannot tell this from inside the house. I have a picture later of
the area beneath the Sunroom, Office, Screened Porch that will help you
see a little more what I mean by this. |

I have now entered the Sunroom, and am looking to the left
into the Office / Laundry Area. The next shot will be from inside the
Office looking at the laundry facilities. |
I am now in the office, and this of course is the laundry
closet. You can see the painted brick which used to be the exterior of
the back of the house. |
I have now gone back into the Sunroom. The open doorway on
the right of the picture is the Family Room. The closed door leads to the
Screened Porch area, which is where we are headed next. |
I have now just entered the door we saw in the last
picture. There is sort of a hallway leading to the main are of the
Screened Porch that we will see in the next shot. To the left of this
"hallway" is the outside deck. I have pictures of that later
too. |
This is the main area of the Screened Porch, and it has a
hot tub (not included with the sale of the house, but negotiable). |
Screened Porch again, just a shot of the ceiling. |
I am standing over by the hot tub now taking a shot of
part of the back yard below. The silt fencing is to protect a vegetable
garden area from the dogs. |
I am standing about the same place, but have turned to the
left part of the yard. I obviously should have gotten closer to the
screen before snapping the shot to eliminate some the "screen
effect" . In addition to the yard, you can see the top of the deck
steps leading down to the yard. |
A shot of the deck stairs going down to the back yard. |
