    My job as your buyer's agent is to help you in this process, and to guide you through the maze. I utilize my years of experience, both as a personal homebuyer and professional agent to make sure your home buying experience will be as pleasant, productive, and stress-free as possible. My goal is not to sell you a house, but rather to help you find the home that is right for you. If your plans call for the purchase of a new home, I can also serve as your buyer's agent in those situations, without cost to you. Many new home buyers think that they will be able to purchase new homes less expensively without buyer representation, but that is inaccurate. It is also common for me to represent buyers in the negotiation and purchase of "for sale by owner" properties, usually without cost to the buyer.
